Guy is a Lawyer with a Masters Degree in Business and Graduate Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  After 12 years in the Law game, he commenced his Masters of Business in 1996.  After completing his MBA and a further Graduate Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 1997, he went on to a career in IT Management and Business Consulting.

After a further two years consulting in the franchise Industry, he decided that the next phase was to work on building and developing his own company.  Guy purchased his first property in 1987 and wanting to pursue this life long passion he was determined to start Morpheus Property.

With over 25 years of experience in professional services, IT and business creation, Guy works hard at building great personal and business networks with high levels of energy and tenacity.  He loves working with people and he loves working in the property industry.

Guy has a passion for sport having competed in several football codes, enjoyed cycling for many years, completed numerous triathlons, his time now is mostly spent coaching his kids sporting teams and helping them lead an active healthy lifestyle.  He is also a very active supporter of the Brisbane Roar W-League.

Shane was born in Brisbane and has spent his entire working life in the construction industry. Shane has recently worked as a Project Manager / Construction Manager on behalf of Brisbane-based construction companies and government agencies. With 15 years experience, a degree in Construction Management from QUT and a proven track record for delivering quality results, Shane has excellent credentials for managing development projects.

Shane is experienced in a good cross-section of project types, which includes a construction project of many apartment blocks (recently - 35 unit / 8 level apartment blocks valued at approx $15m), refurbishments (recently - 22 units at $1.1m), through to shopping centres, hotels, student accommodation and government projects in areas such as education, health, housing, hospitality and industrial works.

Shane is driven with a strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a willingness to ensure all members of the project team work cohesively to bring in projects on time and on budget. He is very familiar with the “tools of the trade”, such as Buildsoft, MS Project, Prima-Vera and Timberline.

With Shane on your project, he will not only ensure it’s a profitable experience (feasibility, forecasting, reporting, financials, etc), but will ensure you don’t fall into any traps relating to QA, WH&S and compliance with legislation (esp requirements for accreditation).

Shane enjoys cycling, playing golf and sinking his teeth into his next development project.

Sooran has a diverse range of experienced, focused around Project Management, Research using Online Extraction methods and Quality Control.

Sooran has a Bachelor of Arts, Dipoma in Computer Applications and experience in a the Microsoft suite of applications.

Sooran's research projects have included thousands of Queensland properties and delivers results, using a high degree of quality control to eradicate errors and deliver high quality with every project.

Sooran's analytical skills are well founded, having co-authoured a Year 9 mathematics text book and compiling data using complex financial formulae in our calculations. This pedigree has kept clients of Morpheus Property informed with the most accurate figures relating to their investment property of deveolopment project.
